Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using NativeText.co ("Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NativeText.co, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
NativeText is an AI-powered text rewriting tool that paraphrases content to produce natural, human-sounding writing. The Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that output will bypass any specific AI detection tool, as detection algorithms change frequently.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Credits & Payments
The Service uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased as one-time packages — there are no recurring subscriptions.
- 1 credit = 200 characters of processed text.
- New accounts receive 3 complimentary credits upon registration.
- Purchased credits do not expire.
- All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are final once credits have been used. If you have purchased credits that remain fully unused, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@nativetext.co. We reserve the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringes third-party rights.
- Generate spam, phishing content, or disinformation at scale.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API.
- Resell or redistribute Service output as a competing product.
You are solely responsible for how you use the output produced by the Service, including compliance with your institution's or employer's policies.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the text you submit. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process your text solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not store your input text beyond what is necessary for processing and displaying your history.
The NativeText name, logo, and Service interface are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific AI detection tool will fail to identify processed text. Results vary based on the input, model version, and the detection tool in use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NativeText and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Unused credits will be forfeited upon termination for a Terms violation. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
